Pat has more than 20 years experience in the mortgage industry. He owned and operated his own mortgage company in Las Vegas from 1993-2003, as well as maintaining strong ties to the community through real estate investing and developing. Pat develops and implements origination strategies for sourcing private investor funds, while originating prospective private money borrowers for residential loans.
KIMBER TULLO – Loan Officer
Ms. Tullo has been in the mortgage industry for 12 years. The majority of her career was centered in the Wholesale sector for subprime lenders, transitioning over into conforming/government business for one of the largest banks in the country. Along with Pat, Kimber originates prospective private money borrowers for residential loans.
