In addition, I oversaw all stages of development, from the beginning of construction until the final sale.

    • Acquiring and selling residential, commercial and acreage properties with an average return on investment (ROI) of 30%, with several exceeding 100% ROI.

    As the President & CEO, I implemented the startup of an institutional mortgage brokerage firm to originate and broker Conventional and Private mortgage loan transactions. I oversaw all human resources, finance, accounting and payroll operations. I negotiated contracts, spearheaded sales operations & marketing efforts and oversaw State and Federal rules and regulations compliance.

    • Negotiating the sale of Loan Star Mortgage to Dime Bank.

    • Growing the company from 2 employees to 90 employees over a 10 year period.
